§ 14037.7. Report to Legislature

Within 60 days of the conclusion of the period for guaranteeing loans under any small business disaster loan guarantee program conducted for a disaster as authorized by Section 8684.2 of the Government Code or Section 14075, the agency shall provide a report to the Legislature on loan guarantees approved and rejected by gender, ethnic group, type of business and location, and each participating loan institution.
